Impact 360 Residency will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to discover and direct your unique leadership calling. This two-year experience is one-of-a-kind because it’s designed in two unique parts. Earn your M.A. in Leadership from North Greenville University with in-person instruction and work and live on our campus with your cohort as you apply what you learn by joining our team.
Impact 360 deeply invests in each Resident. The only costs associated with the experience are tuition and books for the Master's degree. This will not exceed $2,750 per semester or $12,000 for the entire 36 hour M.A. in Leadership. As compensation for your work, you will earn $12,000 per year.
The Student Discipleship Residents focus on supporting the spiritual and academic life of Impact 360 Fellows. Spend two years intentionally discipling and developing college-aged students. This role is designed for graduate students who see themselves working in discipleship-focused vocational ministry upon completing their degree. Gain two years of relevant ministry experience and professional mentorship as you earn your M.A. in Leadership at Impact 360 Institute. The Student Discipleship Residents role takes place from August-May of each year and traditionally include one month of international travel.
The Organizational Leadership Residents focus on supporting the mission and vision of Impact 360 Institute while honing your marketing, communications, and enrollment experience. This role is designed for graduate students who see themselves serving in a leadership capacity within an organization upon completing their degree. Gain two years of relevant work experience and professional mentorship as you earn your M.A. in Leadership at Impact 360 Institute.
