Merchandise Intern (Baseball)

Mid May - Early August

The Spearfish Sasquatch Baseball Club is seeking a Merchandise Intern for the 2026 season. This position will work under the direction of the General Manager.

Job Candidate Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation

General Responsibilities

·       Attend all 30+ home games and home playoff games if necessary

·       Manage set up and tear down of merchandise tent

·       Ensure all products are displayed properly and orderly

·       Monitor inventory for all merchandise and stock accordingly

·       Operate POS throughout game, including opening and closing of the shift 

·       Stay up to date on all promotions, sales, clearance items and more

·       Maintain organization and cleanliness of all inventory

·       Assist in new merch ideas and the wants of our customers/fans

·       Assist with all pre-game set-up and post-game clean up as needed

·       Ability to work game nights and weekends in addition to other team functions

·      Assist in all aspects of team operations and other duties as assigned by management

·       Conduct oneself in a professional manner that represents the organization positively

·       Comply with any work-related duties as directed by management

·       Exude extreme enthusiasm and positivity with a ‘do whatever it takes’ attitude.
