Guest Services & Concierge Intern (Baseball)
Mid May - Early August
The Spearfish Sasquatch Baseball Club is seeking a Guest Services & Concierge Intern for the 2026 season. This position will work under the direction of the General Manager.
Job Candidate Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
General Responsibilities
- Attend all 30+ home games and home playoff games if necessary
- Help coordinate theme nights – let’s make each night something special
- Call businesses looking for donations and prizes to go with each theme
- Show creativity and outside the box thinking to make each night memorable
- Serve as Guest Services throughout each game at our tent
- Answer questions, direct to seats, give exceptional customer service
- Hand out programs, roster sheets, & other promotional items
- Sell raffle tickets and other fundraising items
- Check IDs and issue wristbands to individuals over 21 for alcohol purchases
- Assist with all pre-game set-up and post-game clean up as needed
- Ability to work game nights and weekends in addition to other team functions
- Assist in all aspects of team operations and other duties as assigned by management
