Club Care Support Specialist

Greet all individuals/families in a helpful manner to ensure customers feel welcomed and respected

Provide general administrative duties to assist with operations

Assist with USDA Commodity Distribution

Assist with all Club Care operations

Develop knowledge of community resources

Maintain management of front lobby activities when necessary

Provide support/ information to customers over the phone

Maintain documentation as necessary in agency data base as well as program registers

Other duties as assigned
