Community Engagement & Event Sales Representative
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive attendance and revenue through outreach and relationship-building
- Represent Gabriel’s Place at community events and tabling opportunities
- Convert interest into registrations, ticket sales, or service bookings
Daily Tasks:
- Respond to inquiries from families, schools, and organizations
- Follow up with leads from flyers, email campaigns, and social media
- Track outreach interactions in CRM or lead tracker
Weekly Tasks:
- Attend outreach events, school fairs, or networking mixers
- Share promotional materials with local partners and businesses
- Coordinate with marketing intern to refresh flyers and posts
Monthly Tasks:
- Report on outreach metrics and conversion rates
- Identify new outreach targets (e.g., PTAs, church groups, civic clubs)
- Collaborate with Community Engagement Director on campaign strategy
Collaboration Touchpoints:
- Marketing Intern (promotional content)
- Enrollment Specialist (family referrals)
- Sponsorship Coordinator (event tie-ins)
Strategic Goals:
- Increase program enrollment and event attendance
- Build lasting relationships with community contacts
