Community Engagement & Event Sales Representative

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive attendance and revenue through outreach and relationship-building
  • Represent Gabriel’s Place at community events and tabling opportunities
  • Convert interest into registrations, ticket sales, or service bookings

Daily Tasks:

  • Respond to inquiries from families, schools, and organizations
  • Follow up with leads from flyers, email campaigns, and social media
  • Track outreach interactions in CRM or lead tracker

Weekly Tasks:

  • Attend outreach events, school fairs, or networking mixers
  • Share promotional materials with local partners and businesses
  • Coordinate with marketing intern to refresh flyers and posts

Monthly Tasks:

  • Report on outreach metrics and conversion rates
  • Identify new outreach targets (e.g., PTAs, church groups, civic clubs)
  • Collaborate with Community Engagement Director on campaign strategy

Collaboration Touchpoints:

  • Marketing Intern (promotional content)
  • Enrollment Specialist (family referrals)
  • Sponsorship Coordinator (event tie-ins)

Strategic Goals:

  • Increase program enrollment and event attendance
  • Build lasting relationships with community contacts
  • Position Gabriel’s Place as a trusted, vibrant hub
