School & District Outreach Intern

Core Responsibilities:
Expand partnerships and enrollment through targeted outreach to schools and districts.

Daily Tasks:

• Research school contacts, PTAs, and district programs
• Draft outreach emails and call scripts
• Log responses and follow-ups

Weekly Tasks:

• Assist with tabling events or school visits
• Prepare outreach packets and flyers
• Track outreach metrics and engagement

Monthly Tasks:

• Present a report on outreach efforts and leads
• Suggest new partnership opportunities
• Coordinate with Enrollment Specialist on family referrals

Collaboration Touchpoints:

• Community Engagement Director (strategy)
• Enrollment Specialist (conversion tracking)
• Marketing Intern (school-specific content)
