Full-time BCBA benefits:

  • Full-time salaried position with consistent, reliable compensation. Biweekly incentive paid in addition to the base salary.
  • Sign on bonus for full time positions is available - $10,000 in quarterly increments over two years

Your Role as a BCBA

  • Conduct timely assessments tailored to client and insurance needs
  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 6–8 clients, depending on part-time/full-time status
  • Supervise RBTs, provide ongoing feedback and training
  • Lead 1:1 and group staff meetings to support progress and alignment
  • Develop, update, and oversee individualized programming
  • Engage parents with training and tools to empower them at home
  • Review and provide feedback on data collection and documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week (part time - full time)
