Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a designated portfolio of personal lines clients, including auto, home, and umbrella policies.
- Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and billing inquiries accurately and promptly.
- Provide professional guidance on coverage options and policy recommendations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and carriers for underwriting, claims, and policy servicing.
- Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
- Deliver responsive, courteous, and professional customer service.
- Assist with daily office operations, including greeting visitors, managing mail, and maintaining common areas.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflows and optimal client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in personal lines insurance account management.
- Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain promptly).
- Comprehensive knowledge of personal insurance products and carrier systems.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
