Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs for city buildings and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues to minimize disruption.
- Ensure all buildings comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to maintain a high standard of operational excellence.
- Respond to emergency repair needs as they arise.

- Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field.
