Your Role as Project Manager

 

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the scheduled period and allocated budget. You will oversee project teams, ensuring all projects run smoothly and are delivered to a high standard.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and construction teams.
  • Prepare project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Utilize your exceptional problem-solving skills to handle challenges efficiently.

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale civil construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools.

 

Location

 

  • The PM will be stationed in the Castleton, NY, office and travel to job sites. Our current job sites are Syracuse, NY, Goshen, NY, and Gilboa, NY
