Premium Services Catering Intern

Location: Darrell K Royal – Texas Memorial Stadium, The University of Texas at Austin

Term: Fall 2025 Football Season

Position Summary

1883 Provisions Co. — Sodexo Live is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Premium Services Intern to support premium hospitality operations at Darrell K Royal – Texas Memorial Stadium. This position offers hands-on experience in premium service delivery, vendor coordination, and game day operations within a fast-paced collegiate sports environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sodexo vendors and service partners to ensure seamless execution of premium hospitality services

Deliver excellent customer service to suite holders, club seat members, and VIP guests

Support the setup and execution of premium areas during all home football games, including potential postseason events

Perform administrative duties related to premium service and hospitality planning

Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the football season

Qualifications

Customer service or hospitality background preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Strong organizational and communication skills

Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a dynamic environment

Available to work all home football games and postseason events

Preferred Qualifications

Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field

Previous experience in large event operations or premium services is a plus
