Job Overview
As a server at Forest Lake, your primary responsibility is to create exceptional experiences for our members and guests. That means bringing knowledge, personality, and professionalism to every shift — whether you’re taking orders, recommending wine pairings, or assisting at a private event.
Servers work closely with kitchen and service teams to deliver polished, personalized dining, and are expected to uphold club standards for service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
⭐ Key Responsibilities
- Bring energy, warmth, and a smile to every shift
- Arrive on time and in proper uniform
- Know our lunch, dinner, and bar menus inside and out
- Deliver professional, friendly service to members and guests
- Maintain a positive, team-first attitude
- Complete all opening, sidework, and closing duties
- Follow service sequence, food & beverage standards, and club protocols
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Assist with private events, banquets, and club functions
- Support the cleanliness and appearance of the club
- Take on other duties as assigned by management
