About Us: We’re a growing food-service company specializing in premium beverage mixes. Our Frozen Bean latte–frappe mixes and Harmony Matcha products are sold nationally in retailers and online. As we expand into data-driven decision-making, we are seeking an AI Coordinator to help implement and oversee our artificial intelligence initiatives across departments.
Job Description: The AI Coordinator will lead our efforts to integrate AI and machine-learning solutions into business processes. This role is ideal for someone with a mix of technical knowledge and project-management skills who is excited to collaborate across departments to improve efficiency, forecasting, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to define AI project goals, KPIs, and ethical guidelines.
Assess data readiness; work with IT to audit and clean data sources across finance, sales, production, and customer service.
Coordinate pilots and prototypes; monitor performance, gather feedback, and iterate on AI solutions.
Collaborate with finance to identify automation opportunities (e.g., invoice processing, forecasting).
Support marketing and sales teams in deploying predictive analytics and personalization tools.
Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and develop responsible AI practices.
Train and educate team members on AI tools and methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
1–3 years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, or related roles.
Familiarity with AI platforms and programming languages (Python, R, SQL) is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
Project-management experience and an interest in the food or beverage industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One) and data governance.
Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI and data privacy regulations.
