Human Resources Team Lead

  • Supervise timekeepers in assigned areas assuring accuracy of time entered, personal leave, medical leave, compensatory time, and holiday leave.
  • Posts, monitors, and approves time daily using KRONOS and in the SPAHRS payroll system.
  • Maintains reports for FMLA and donated leave.
  • Distribute final paychecks to former employees, ensure all HRC property has been returned or replacement fees submitted.
  • Assist employees with final clearance fonns.
  • Attend meetings including office meetings, in-services, KRONOS and MAGIC.
  • Separate all employees that resign, retire, transfer, or term in systems.
  • Maintain liaison between the department and other departments or agencies of state government.
  • Responsible for assisting with Human Resources related training and in-services such as new employee orientation.
  • All other duties to ensure that various components of the Human Resources Department are in compliance with state law, federal law and DMH board policies.
  • Assist employees with time-related questions.
  • Compiles and corrects reports.
  • Processes information for attendance related disciplinary actions.
  • Assists in carrying out the daily operations of the Human Resources Department as assigned.
