This is a great opportunity for students looking to gain hands-on experience in broadcast journalism and digital media operations. They will have the opportunity to write news stories, edit news packages, coordinate digital media across all social platforms, update website, assist with production, guest relations, and report on camera.

Interns learn many positions on our news team:
Digital Media
- Update video summary descriptions to YouTube with tags & categories of show
- Create Youtube thumbnails
- Measure performance and metrics
- Possible On Camera Live Interview Segments via Zoom
Website & Social Media
- Receive press releases, to format and publish blog posts on www.coasttocoast.tv
- Write and publish content to YouTube in coordination with website content
- Post across multiple social media profiles (Instagram, X, Tik Tok, Facebook etc)
- Social media analysis to keep the online presence fresh, up to date, and attractive
Public Relations
- Receive press releases, to format and publish blog posts on www.coasttocoast.tv
- Outreach to press contacts, with post notifications of published materials
- Build rapport with entertainment & lifestyle media, both agency and in-house.
- Outreach to agency/clients according to respective strategic purposes
- Coordinate media relations with management.
- Execute media list newsletters with weekly show summary to media outlets.
