About the Role:
Are you a highly competitive individual looking to launch a rewarding career in Sales & Leadership? This role is designed to give motivated, driven professionals a clear path to progress into a Business Development Manager (BDM) position. You’ll gain hands-on client engagement, sales and leadership experience. This position will have training and requires no experience previously in sales.

What You’ll Do:
- Engage with clients and contractors to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop leadership skills and begin mentoring junior team members.
- Become an expert in manufacturing consulting.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships through effective communication.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field by December 2025.
- Strong communication and leadership aptitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

- $50,000 base salary with quarterly/yearly bonuses and weekly commissions.
