Assistant Teachers (Full-Time)
Location: South Reno
Pay: $15.50–$16.50 per hour, DOE
Ages: 3–5 years (Multiple classrooms)

Position Summary:
We are currently hiring caring and dependable Assistant Teachers to join our team in multiple classrooms (ages 3–5). Positions may include diapering. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with young children and committed to helping maintain a Christ-centered classroom environment. We are looking for full time candidates who can work M-F between 7-8 hours per day.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6 Months Experience working with young children preferred
• Must meet NV state licensing requirements, including:
• Background check and fingerprinting (employer-paid if needed)
• Negative TB test (employer-paid if needed)
• NV Registry certificate
• CPR/First Aid certification (employer-paid if needed)
• Completion of annual training requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Strong personal faith and commitment to teaching biblical principles in ECE
• A heart for Christian education and child development

Responsibilities:

• Support the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and routines
• Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and organized learning environment
• Assist with diapering and toileting as needed
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Reinforce classroom expectations and model Christian values

• 8 hour shift
