Project Manager

We are hiring a full-time, in-person Project Manager to oversee the implementation and execution of Delet’s smart leasing kits across client properties. This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and follow-through. Seeking a college graduate with strong interest in real estate, technology, and operations.

Responsibilities include:

Manage project timelines and deliverables for client deployments

Coordinate installation logistics with internal teams and third-party vendors

Serve as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding and rollout

Track project progress, address issues, and ensure completion on time

Maintain accurate records of installations, assets, and client status

Support troubleshooting and follow-up post-installation as needed

Qualifications:

Must be based in the Los Angeles area with access to transportation to El Segundo and for site visits

Bachelor’s degree 

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and project tracking software

Comfortable working in the field and in a fast-paced office environment
