Advice
I believe the reason I got hired was partly because of the school. I applied to a co-op at Kronos last year. Although I didn't get the job I did gain contacts at Kronos. I did end up getting another co-op for that rotation, but as the summer was approaching I still wanted to explore working at a technology company. So I reached out to the contacts that I gained at Kronos and told them about my co-op experience and what skills I gained. I ended up getting an interview through those email transactions and getting the job after a couple of rounds of interviews. So the piece of advice I want to give to other students is to be ambitious and resilient. Don't give up on a company if you think you want to work there. If you don't get the job you are going for take another position, gain some experience and reapply.
