NorthLakes Community Clinic is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center that operates 19 clinics in 18 communities throughout Wisconsin.
We provide a variety of services based on the needs of the communities that we serve, including family medicine, dental, and counseling.
As a community health center, we promise to serve all patients regardless of their ability to pay.
