Production Internship

Supervisor: Continuous Improvement Analyst 

Internship Description: 

The Production Intern will assist the Continuous Improvement Analyst. This internship will actively work on product and business strategies.  They will complete one project they choose with the assistance of the Continuous Improvement Analyst.  The project will consist of a final report out to the NSA-Arkansas management team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist production supervisors with daily reporting
• Assist continuous improvement analyst developing methods of production reporting
• Assist production supervisors in sub-assembly and assembly develop job aides
• Work with production supervisors to help develop computer skills

Experience/Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience
• Major in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Overall GPA 3.0 or better

• Able to work well independently as well as with a team 
• Strong desire to continuously learn new processes and strive for improvement
