Associate Manager

The Associate Manager supports the General Manager in managing store operations and staff and actively works to become GM ready.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide regular feedback and ensure that standards are met - “See something, say something.”

Duties Include:

• Actively managing the store - our managers are part of the process and will make pizzas, help customers, and prep product alongside crew.
• Participating in the hiring process to ensure the store is staffed with quality people.
• Training and development of crew, drivers, Shift Leaders, and Driver Lead.
• Review financial and quality targets and make plans to achieve them.
• Documents and follows up on all store and employee issues.
• Providing performance feedback on a regular basis.
• Managing the shift including assigning positions, managing breaks, working alongside crew, closing the store on occasion.

• Management experience and/or a college degree are strongly preferred.
