Associate Manager

The Associate Manager supports the General Manager in managing store operations and staff and actively works to become GM ready.
Essential Job Functions:

- Provide regular feedback and ensure that standards are met - “See something, say something.”
Duties Include:
- Actively managing the store - our managers are part of the process and will make pizzas, help customers, and prep product alongside crew.
- Participating in the hiring process to ensure the store is staffed with quality people.
- Training and development of crew, drivers, Shift Leaders, and Driver Lead.
- Review financial and quality targets and make plans to achieve them.
- Documents and follows up on all store and employee issues.
- Providing performance feedback on a regular basis.
- Managing the shift including assigning positions, managing breaks, working alongside crew, closing the store on occasion.

- A passion for giving great customer service and quality food.
- Management experience and/or a college degree are strongly preferred.
