Clinician I- Day Support

Would you like to be a part of a Dynamic Team providing training and assistance in daily living and social skills for individuals with developmental disabilities?
Then please consider the Clinician I position with CIBH’s Group Day and Community Engagement program.

Typical responsibilities for Clinician:

• Develop and implement individualized support plans.
• Gather and maintain information to complete special reports to include coordination of care and quarterly reviews.
• As a clinician, you will provide transportation for program members to and from community activities.
• Serve as a clinical resource for the electronic health records.
• Provide services in compliance with Department, City, State and Federal regulations and standards.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
