Our virtual team operates from home offices across the country.
The Sales Account Manager position is full-time. Applicants must be willing to attend quarterly company meetings in Warrenville, IL, and travel to customer meetings/tradeshows as needed. A dedicated, private workspace as a home office is required.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager with 3-5 years of sales experience. This is a dynamic sales position where you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and growing accounts, working collaboratively with our creative and product teams on exclusive product collections, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Growth:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business goals. -
Account Management:
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all client needs, from product inquiries to design creation and product selection. -
New Business Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within our established sales channels, proactively engaging potential clients and expanding our reach in the industry. -
Customer Relationships:
Build long-term relationships with clients by offering exceptional service, understanding their needs, and providing value-driven solutions. - Tradeshow Attendance: Attend up to 5 industry related tradeshows per year

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, product development, and customer service, to deliver a seamless experience for our customers.
Qualifications:

Experience:
3-5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in sales account growth. -
Sales Skills:
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals. -
Industry Knowledge a Plus
Understanding of the outdoor industry, national parks, and the unique needs of customers in this space. Experience working with national park authorities, park retailers, or outdoor brands is a plus. -
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a clear, compelling manner. -
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable with CRM tools (Zoho or similar) and other sales tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox, Asana). -
Problem-Solving:
Strong ability to think strategically and creatively to solve client challenges and identify new opportunities. -
Autonomous:
Ability to manage timelines, be self-motivated, and work remotely without close supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process from planning to closing.
- Experience selling custom art collections is a plus.
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
