Day-Of Volunteer (In-Person)
Sylvia's Place is hosting our Wine Tasting fundraiser at Fenn Valley Winery, Fennville, MI. The event will be a semi-formal event where people can support survivors of domestic violence while supporting the wonderful, local business. There will also be a raffle of 4-6 baskets that will occur during the event.
On May 8th, from 3:00p to 9:00p, we are looking for a group of 5 volunteers. Responsibilities can include -
- Assist Sylvia's Place with set-up for the event
- Direct individuals at check-in
- Selling raffle tickets during the event
- Assist in takedown.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
- Must be able stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Must have transportation to and from the event
