- Reviews and finalizes written correspondence for oil and gas sale notices, decisions for lease terminations and bonding actions and mining claim information.
- Assures case files are assembled and required actions to process documents is followed thru.
- The examiner reviews correspondence for correctness, and tracks small miners’ waivers and maintenance fees.
- Reviews all legal documents prepared in work group to ensure correct legal land descriptions, appropriate legal citations and formatting. Evaluates material filed by Applicants and Field Offices for compliance with pertinent regulations.
