What we’re looking for:

AIG seeks candidates who have excelled in previous work experience, demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement, possess strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills, and are enthusiastic about and committed to the insurance industry. 

We also look for a diverse background of experience, culture, and thought. Successful candidates typically have a global perspective and a team-oriented track record.

Required:

  • Candidate for Bachelor's degree to be received no later than June 2024
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to turn data analysis into actionable insights.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Process Development, Optimization and Operational Excellence
  • Project Management skills
  • IT knowledge of systems and how applications are deployed and managed
  • Willing and able to continuously learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
